How have your moods been changing?

Notice the stretches that felt lighter, harder, or more changeable. Mood Trend follows averages over time, so you can see a change in the bigger picture and return to the days behind it.

For a longer history, KnowMood groups daily averages into overview points. Missing records stay gaps.

Look back at Anxious check-ins, context, time and energy

Go from a pattern
to a particular moment.

Look back starts with a mood or feeling. Recorded with shows the context you chose; Time of check-in shows when you recorded it; Energy shows the energy you entered. Open the matching check-ins to read the original details and follow-ups.

Return to what
you marked helpful.

In Look back, choose a mood or feeling and a date range. Tap a context, time, or energy group to narrow the matching records. Use Marked helpful to find check-ins with helpful follow-ups, then read what you tried and how it felt. Feedback describes the whole follow-up, rather than rating each action separately.

A little more
to know.

Can these charts diagnose a condition?

No. KnowMood is for personal recording and reflection, not diagnosis or treatment.

Why might a day have no point?

You may not have recorded a mood that day. Missing records are not assigned a mood.

Can I return to my records?

Use Look back to explore a mood or feeling and revisit the original entries.

What is the difference between Mood Trend and Mood Mix?

Trend shows average mood over time. Mix counts every check-in by mood, showing the balance of your recorded feelings.

What does Look back add?

It starts with a mood or feeling and brings together the context, time, energy, and original entries behind it. Marked helpful lets you revisit records with helpful follow-ups.

Why is there no daily-life average yet?

A daily-life factor needs at least three tagged check-ins for an average. Keep the context that matters to you; an empty result is not a low score.
